- Inside Sales
- Sourcing new sales opportunities via Outbound Calls
- Follow-up, outbound cold calls & emails
- Understanding customer needs & requirements
- Strong capabilities in Linked In & Online sources and Lead generation
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential Clients
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Cold-calling/ Cold-emailing prospects.
- Make follow-ups to the prospects and existing clients via telephone and/or emails.
- Collaborate with other team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Assist the presales team with required information to create RFP responses for potential clients.
